Your questions about ordering online from Kall Kwik answered.

Can I collect my print order?

Yes you can. When you go to checkout your order you will be given the option to either collect from store (at no cost) or to have your print delivered. If you are collecting, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone when your print is ready.

I have created my own artwork. What type of file do you need to print from?

We need a high res pdf file with 3mm crops and bleed on. If you’re not sure how to do this you may find our Preparing your Artwork guide of help.

I need help to design my stationery – can you help?

Yes of course we can and we would be very pleased to help. Our team of designers can create your artwork for you so that you don’t need to worry about this yourself. We’ll listen to what you would like and will give you an estimate for how much it is likely to cost.

I need these in a hurry, how quickly can I get my print?

We’ll always try our hardest to fit in with your deadline but the best thing to do is call us and we’ll be able to give you an estimate of when your job will be completed.

Do I receive a proof?

When you are using one of our templates you will have the opportunity to download a proof so you can check if you are happy with the design, layout and spelling of your order. Please check everything carefully at this stage as once you add the item to your basket that is what will be printed.

Kall Kwik cannot be held responsible for spelling errors and layout issues for artwork and designs created by yourself.

Can I alter my order once I’ve placed it?

If we haven’t started to print your order then it may be possible to alter quantities or paper stocks etc. Please contact us asap if you wish to change anything. If we have started printing your order it may be too late.

Can I track my order?

If you wish to track your order please telephone or e-mail us and we’ll update you with its status.

Can I have an account facility?

If you are interested in having an account facility with Kall Kwik please call us. Credit accounts are offered subject to status and we will happily consider your request once we have received a completed Credit Application Form.
